Hey,

I'll make it quick. Those with shortened C's sticks, did any of you try to thread the bottom part? I would rather have a threaded knob on there than the set screw style. Just wondering what the thread size is so I could pick up a die, thanks.

I already have realized that... I wasn't clear in my question, my fault: My car already HAS the shortened C's (I didn't do it), and I'm merely trying to make due with what I have. :( Doc what shifter would you suggest? Trust me I'm listening...

How do you re-thread it to accept threaded knobs again? I have not done te hack job yet because of the fact I couldn't use my TRD knob. Is it hard to do? Pics would be great!

DRJ...whats the added benefits of the nylon bushings compared to the toyota new ones? my shifter is nice and tight...notches into every gear with the new bushings....what will these other ones add?

Is that with threads welded back on, or just threading the SOGI-fied stick? Looks nice.

the nylon ones don't flex. the OEM ones do.
