If I want to turn the CSI outlet on the fuel rail into an 1/8 NPT for a fuel pressure gauge do I really have to buy three connectors?

I'm not worried about the price, it just seems excessive to have three different fittings, ya know what I mean?

I guess its not that big of a deal. I can't decide whether to do it this way or tee off my AFPR.

Retap your rail to whatever size fitting you want to use. (that will fit of course.)

I'd check with a local fitting store like Parker, and see if they have anything that will allow you to T off of that fitting somehow. (Like a duel banjo bolt, and extra banjo fitting with AN or NPT end.)

get a bolt with the same thread as the csi, then drill and tap the 1/8 npt into it.

I used this adapter to replace the CSI Banjo Bolt on the fuel rail:

It adds a 1/8 NPT and makes a nice clean installation while keeping the CSI functional. Summit added an $8.95 handling charge so it actually cost me about $21 but still worth it. You can also do a Goggle search on "AutoMeter 2276" and find it from other suppliers.
