now befor i start driving it/leting it run should i disconnect the battery again to start it all over or just leave it?

also there is no check engine light

Oh, I misread. Don't disconnect it anymore. It'll just reset the ECU again. What rpm does it idle at?

well when my car runs good when it's cold it's at 1200 but one's it heats up it's at 1000-900

but not when it's cold it's at 1000 and than go's down to 600 and when I drive it or rev it a bit it gose down to like 300 or just shuts off

Starting it cold, like first thing in the morning, it should idle around 1200-1500. As it warms up, it should steadily drop down to around 750 to 800 in park/neutral, 650 to 700 in gear.
If you blip the throttle, the car drops under 500 and dies? I think I'd check the dashpot for that. It's supposed to catch the throttle and let it drop smoothly to idle.
As far as you're other idle concerns, it wouldn't hurt to clean the idle motor. The last one I did, I had to completely disassemble it, clean and grease the stepper motor, and reassemble in order to make it work right. The old grease was hard, and making the motor stick. Be careful of the washer that sits up in there, it has to be set right side up.

ECU has to relearn, but it shouldn't ever die when first starting it up...

the ECU is working with something that isn't in perfect spec (it's pretty good at this), but you could help it out by fixing the issue...

the ISC gets TONS of carbon stuck in it over the years, as does the CSI and the TB...
