I have eaten a sausage pie, but it was sweetbread, not regular flour. it is actually quite common in china. I also have eaten bacon wrapped sausage with cheese.

I like hot dogs in my mac n cheese, so why not mac n cheese on a hotdog? And the bacon wrapped meatloaf: when we make meatloaf at my house, we always put bacon over the top. The fat helps to keep the rest of the loaf moist.

That being said, there are only a few things on that site that would make me want to puke. Unfortunately, I was eating while looking through that and actually did... :barf:
