Well was looking for the weight of a 7mgte fly wheel cause I forgot "I think it's 24 pounds ????"

They seem to have borrowed the design from the 2J, with a 7M bolt pattern. Not sure what benefit there would be, if any, to using this AND a sprung clutch hub.

That's not just them, everyone recommends doing that as it's a wear item because of the springs Most of the 2J guys get rid of it (this also leads to the clashing sound in the tranny at idle that most people raise the idle to get around)

Use a beefed up A340E or convert to a domestic planetary and don't worry about it. But that is just my opinion.
