After seeing a dipstick thread and wondering if mine was even a toyota dipstick i ordered a new one that was supposed to be correct and alot easier to read i got the part number from this post: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showpost.php?p=943798&postcount=16

I recived it today and its twice as long as my stock dip stick......what the hell is goin on here? im wondering if my dip stick tube was cut or something my dipstick has the same rubber seal but diffrent handle and its twice as short.

Heres a pic.

I have a n/a if it matters but i coulda sworn the dipstick tubes and oil pans on the n/a and turbo were the same.

Anybody have any info on this?

NA dipsticks are shorter than turbo dipsticks. Turbo comes up by the strut tower and bolted to the turbo, NA comes up towards the PS resevoir but much lower.
