No that pressure is fine and about what I used to get with 5mm of washers.

The oil system can handle that pressure easily. I would use Castrol European Formula 0W-30 (aka German Castrol) in that motor - you can get it at AutoZone or PepBoys...more info in the Lube section. Might want to read the Motor Oil 101 link in my sig.
