Thermostat Housing Sensors??

My car is fianlly running again but throwing all kind of codes I assume due to the fact that I am missing a few things in my waterneck/thermostat housing. Could someone post a picture of a fully assembled water neck with all the needed sensors and maybe a description of what they all are mine is either broken or missing :3d_frown: and I did search with no luck..

yeah I also need the list of the sensors that go on the large peice that the thermostat housing bolts to, not sure if it matters but my car is a 91.
