i didnt know about the cloven-hooves being classic (i don't like them lol, but i'll ignore them in any judgement from now on 
).
looks pretty sweet (i still like horses better than unicorns, but its purty good i'll say).
it needs wider hips/butt (its not wrong lookin, it just needs more muscle lol) and it needs a longer back; the withers need to be a little more forward (just imagine a saddle on its back).
Needs a bigger head i tend towards jugheaded horses a little bit.
Jawline is really harsh and something looks off with the position of the eyes.

nice work TopSecret, but you need to work on your shading and blending, everything has a dark outline, and it seems as if you're working with only 3 different shades (light, medium and dark)..
