How do all of you get knocks??? I have been abusing my motor for MONTHS and nothing has happened..

I just do regular maintence on it. Oil, battery, tires, gear grease, belts, plugs, fluids. Mine even over heated 3 times and like in the red, and I replaced water pump, radiator, pipes, and new shrowd, and runs like a charm again.
I had over 220k on mine and it is still going in another car. I never had any trouble out of mine, but I didn't trust it. I would never build a 7M.

Did that only once, and that was because I got bitched at from my landlord at my appartments cause the people next door saw me working on my car. So I couldnt change the oil till I got home, which was only like 400 miles over the 3000mile limit.

LOL, I started adding a extra qt after like my 3 oil change. I do recall the 7m having a 10 qt oil pan correct?
