Finally, after a little over a year I got the lawyers of the woman who scraped up my bumper to settle on an amount. I should get the check and get it repainted asap. Until then here's an older pic! (fog lights were put back in long ago)

It's actually not mounted yet it's only held on with the lip..
you can see where the lip lifts up just slightly, that's where I'll have to cut...
but Nick said it's simple, and to just use the upper bumper support bar, we'll see soon..
