Hehe wow I feel so loved. Matt knows I'm a big fan of his car as well. Most people's initial reaction when I tell them it's teal is "EEWWW. WHY NOT WHITE?" all this after having 3 white mk3's previously during which all I wanted was something else that was colored... =)

Thanks, you just helped me decide on which springs I want to swap to, the TTR's I have are tough stiff for my tastes.

Oh man, months and months of scouring the used market. When I used to work with Mike Urbano, I had the opportunity to buy a couple of them brand new in the box, but alas I didn't have the money at the time for a $1000+ cat-back. So I ended up getting the one off of Aaron G's car (which Jaguar just bought).

It's actually in really good shape despite its age, and has no leaks etc. Regardless, changing the resonators is easy enough, and if the mufflers ever crap out, I can always just go with some other pair of HKS 60mm like Hiper or Carbon-Ti if I'm feeling baller ($300/ea).

That's odd, I've never met anyone who wasn't a fan of tint. Mine looks darker in the pic because the sun isn't out yet, but it's 85/15.

Add me to the turquoise crew, bought it 4.5 years ago and repainted 3 years ago. Currently undergoing a 5-speed swap. Have shadow gray/black leather, factory sunroof, and turbo options. Just over 100K miles.

New emblem from Toyota. The teal one was no longer available, had to go with black. It looks fine to me, though.
