I'll be dipped in shit! I'm gone have to call cousin Ricky to see if he can set you straight.

I'm hoping to get to go to a quarter mile track next weekend so hopefully I'll be able to post up some more racing videos. If I dont' get my shortshifter from Nashman then, I won't be able to make it.

^^Coincidence?.......I think not.

I haven't got the blanket on yet. I have it in my possesion, but haven't installed it yet. I"ve got to get some wire to fasten it with.

I think I"ve got my fuel problem fixed. I'm only running 26psi of fuel pressure, but everything seems to be running perfectly. Just ask the two corvettes I beat on this weekend.

I lowered my fuel pressure down to 26 psi, and now everything works perfectly. No fuel in my oil and no running way rich problems. It is running what I would say is flawlessly. Still has a bit of lag, but once it reaches about 3500 - 4000, you'd better hang on.

It's a Vette Slayer.........who needs a dyno.

I didn't realize this thread had died such a tragic death. There's got to be new pictures, plans, or something. How soon do you plan on replacing the head gasket. Isn't that the next step behind the usual build?

No need to replace the hg. I haven't exploded it yet. I knew I was four pages back, but I haven't had anything to post. I installed my turbo blanket, and I could take some pictures of it, but I haven't yet. I need to clean it again. I've been to busy working, coaching tball, playing softball, taking home inspection classes. I haven't had time to do much else. I know it's just excuses, but right now that's all I have time for...............:biglaugh:

I don't want to take it back to the dyno because his wideband reads differently than mine. Everytime I leave there, my car is running way rich. I have it running pretty good with me adjusting my safcII with my AEM wideband. It runs a little leaner than his, but it's pretty good accross the board. Corvettes beware...............:evil2:

Yeah I just got my wideband installed a few days ago and I have the same thing . I thought I developed a leak or something. Either way I read way richer than I did on dyno.

Hey Patrick, if you're going to be in town next weekend, let's go to the track and do some racing. Give me a call or shoot me a pm.

Have you looked for another dyno Jay? What type of WB are you using?
I have the AEM wideband from HPF.com. I don't know of another dyno any where near here. My car's running great right now, so I'm not going to mess with anything.

from what i understand and was told by a dyno tech, a wideband installed in your car will read more acurately than the dynos wb anyway due to your sensor being installed closer to the motor than the dyno's sensor which goes on your tailpipe. so if your rich on your wb you should be good. better rich than lean anyway!

My car is running pretty much like it should. The wideband shows me a little lean when I first kick it, but it goes to 11 at wot. I'm not going to change anything with it right now. As long as I can outrun my brothers C5, I'll be happy with it.....................:evil2:
