The homeless guy at my office...

I start work at 7am , its still dark at 7 the sun usually pops up at 7:30, I pulled in today and as I got out of the car there was a homeless guy sleeping in the grass, (well I know now he is sleeping but at first I thought he was a dead guy in the grass) I gave him till the sun came up to wake up and wonder off, but he is still there. I dont really want to call the cops to get him out , I mean he is allready homeless ya know?? I know when other people get to the office someone will call the cops. I dont really want to go try and get him up either, he is sleeping with a bat under him, so I dont need to be in a fight with the guy either ..

Just wanted to post a weird morning story. I need to start bringing my digital camera to work!!!

Ask the cops where the guy is after he gets out of the hospital.

Then see if he wants a job for an afternoon. Have him take out the trash, sweep the parking lot or something.

Pay him after said and done. If theres a barbershop close by, have him meet you there and get him a cut & shave.

Give him some bus ride tickets.

You are a kind person. I would DO something like that, but I never would have THOUGHT to do something like that.

Looks like he is going to be in the hospital tonite. They are going to keep him till tomorrow. So I guess its a good deed to get him a bed and some food for thr day. The officer is the local one here that is allways in our area, i have talked to him a few times. I just told him to get him somewhere for the day, not to arrest him.

They usually just make them leave and be on their way. This guy could not get up he was so drunk. He fell 3 times before the officer told him to just sit there.

It makes me apreciate what I do have a little more... and I was starting to get upset that my money to fix my BHG was not here yet! :(
