They were both stupid, the kid got into the car willingly and with no seatbelt you cant ignore that though. Hogan should go to jail I Think but not take 100% of the fault.

safety of passengers is the drivers responsibility.
Hogan has a bad rep for driving like an idiot,i'm sure he didd'nt care.
