ive smoked since september 1996. i hate it sooooooooo much its fooking disgusting. it makes you ming, makes your clothes ming your teeth go dodgy colours and makes ya wrinkly aswell. and thats probably the good stuff it does.

im stupid really i only smoke in the pub now. have been like that for the past 4 years. i dunno why i dont quit all together

havn't smoked 1... ever, just don't see the point... first of all, you're inhaling all sorts of chemicals, and composites, then you're spending money to do so, which in turn damages your health... and all this time, you could be spending all that money on a much healthier addiction :evil2:

this is the way i stopped...before i started smoking i could run pretty damn well and now my heart pounds like crazy, so if you used to run great try running a mile...and that should help you realize.
