That's not vinyl, looks to me like spray paint and some masking skills over a black primer base. Looks like he's goofing until he can paint the car.

I don't think it's a photoshop. The second picture shows the sun coming from the back of the car making a shadow of that huge ass wheel. If it was a photoshop I'm sure the creator would have left this detail out and left a straight shadow.

Besides, I doubt anyone on her would be so attention-starved as to do such a thing. If so, they would have probably would have done more to the car.
