um... Is that sarcasm? I'm going to use the stock bolt-on spots to build a bracket to hold some SS braided line (since I can't find a damn 5/8" tube bender around here) and use a hemispherical shield around it.

I think he meant if you wanted to you could pick a different route for them to travel not close to the turbo. I didn't get anything negative out of that.

Which way would you think to route them? I'm pretty much convinced the stock routing is the most 'efficient' as far as layout goes, but I'd entertain other ideas.

Going down around the crank would be another viable option - I just think the intake would be in the way on the other side of the motor.
