I've seen people talking on cellphones while riding bikes (younger guys) and I want to swerve at them soooooooo freaking bad to get them to pay a little more attention to what they're doing. I mean seriously, I can't stand when people talk to me with a window down on a car, let alone being out in the wind going 55+.
Yeah, it's the kind of guy who rides on the interstate with his helmet strapped on the back of the bike.
