I got my turbine housing so I figure I'd throw the motor in and start working on my exhaust. I also lowered the front a little.

wow odd. the Turbine housing is squared??? weird!!!

i'm glad to see more people using holsets but NO ONE shows anything other than it being bolted on. the other guy NEVER dyno'd or raced it or anything. we need good stats of these turbos on 1J's

I did actually want the internal wastegate. I'm broke and it will save me $300, plus it's a 38mm and it should flow enough. I know I need to get this bitch running. It's been down for like 10 months, I bought a lot of really nice parts though so it will be worth it. I think I'm going to put the bumper on today, and see if I can make the 99 TL hid's I have fit.

Do you have a flange to match the exhaust side? Should be quite a custom job to get something to match that. (your sig doesn't sound too promising for that, lol!)
And what are you gonna do at the end of the external wg pipe? Just block it off?

I do have the flange for the downpipe, and I'm going to buy some stainless pipe, and have my friend weld it up for me. I was planing on blocking off the external wastegate runner. Someone was trying to convince me to cut it off, but I think it's better to block it off. You guys have no faith, the turbo and crank bearing in my sig were from a motor I bought. She'll be running in 2 months at the most :biglaugh:

ohh I forgot about that, I have my moments. I put the bumper on for some motivation and I took some pictures. I also put the nardi on. I have tinted tails too, they make the car look soo much better but I left the two sides out becasue they were leaking.

Yeah it's black on maroon, I decided to go with different seats so my interior is for sale. I'm going to be putting it up in the for sale section in a day or so. If anyone is interested let me know, they are maroon leather front and back seats. Mint condition, driver side is power.
