I would stay away from the c4 I have a few buddies that had them with low miles and they always has something odd wrong with them. Interior lights always flickering on and off, alarms breaking, horns stopped working, Seat belt holder fell apart. headlights got stuck half open. I could go on this was also in 95-97 when they had them with miles under 20,000. I couldn't believe all the issues. Save up a bit and get a c5 much better build quality!
