For those who have seen pics of my car, I need to drop about 1" to 1.5" to get rid of the "4x4" height my wheels are displaying, and at the same time get springs that ride comfortable and handle well. My problem is I continue to use TEMS, so it's either the factory shocks or Illumina II's. What can I do, if anything, to lower my stance and not screw up my ride?

shocks only dampen the spring oscillation. height is in the springs. tems controls how stiff the shock will be.
