Check the simple stuff first........plugs ,wires, dist. cap, button. Start with some things like that and start replacing stuff that doesnt cost alot. Thats what i did and my dead cylinder stopped.

sounds like you need to run some tests on those trouble areas on the page yellow posted.

Doesn't sound like it would be your tps because that would cause problems no matter what temp it was at. On my car I replaced some vac hoses with silicone ones...the one that connects the P/s pump with the intake manifold would heat up and start to close as the temp in the engine bay rose. Definitely get your codes fixed and then check the vac hoses.
