Its not always a bhg. That's the last step in the diagnois process. Check the sender, check the wire, check the gauge. Then check the others symptoms that could cause a fluctuation in temp, clutch fan, water valve, heater core, any leak, rad cap, thremosat, egr cooler, blockages, bad hoses, and yes bhg.

ahh Clip beat me to it. ^^^

watch out, all of those clips are notorious for breaking, as well as the wires that lead to them. be delicate because they may be very brittle!

Do you still have the stock cluster or did you change the gauges?

Probably a combo of the fan clutch which is giveing out and possibly thermostat and yes a BHG I noticed water comes out my tailpipe everynow and then not alot but a lil bit but only when car is not moveing at idle and under revs to 3000rpm. I am going to replace the HG probably with cheap ass stock one and atleast get APR studs probably torque it to 70 foot pounds. Gotta do the fan clutch too but b4 all this I will check the wires as well. Thanks guys

Ummmm....water is a byproduct of normal combustion. Could be the reason you're seeing it is it's cold outside.

If you're worried about a BHG, get an coolant exhaust gas (block) tester from NAPA. A HG change is a lot of work, why do it if it's not the problem.

BTW, I highly suggest you use ARP torque spec for their hardware instead of pulling it out of your arse. ;)
