I finished my swap and i was checking my lights and realized that my rear tail lights don't work, blinkers work when i step on the brake they work hazards work but when i turn my lights on the tail lights wont work but everything else does. I swapped my tail lights to 89+ rear lights i don't know if that has anything to do with it or maybe the tail light relay is gone i don't even know where the tail light relay is located. Any help is appreciated!

Parking lights meaning like your running tail lights that always stay on when your lights are on. The side markers on the rear they work but the tail lights themselves work, its kind of weird because when you press the brake they work fine but lights nothing.
Anybody know anything about the tail lights on these cars, i've got 12v going to the lights. My blinkers, brake lights, reverse lights work but no running tail lights. Please help i can't drive my car at night.
Are you talking about the little yellow box underneath the lights on the left side? The lights worked before i don't know why that module would stop working.
I've gone through literally 6 of the yellow ones. I used to use the rear sidemarker harness, and sort of wedge them between the taillights and the bulb holders to act as parking lights...
once i got my turbo wing, I replaced it with a white box (for the LED brake light), and it's been fine since..
same with my girl's Supra, once I replaced her yellow box with a white one, she got her parking lights back (same issue...), but she also has an 89+ spoiler on hers..

Whats the difference between the white and yellow box? So you're saying you had the exact same issue and changing the box helped? I'm guessing all the ones at the junk yard are shot too.
Like I said I personally went through 6 of them and they each had their quirks, where 1 box would not have brake lights, others had no parking lights, another didn't work when I signaled, etc...
