t70 or similar intercooler routing

ok so i got a MP-t70 and was curious if anyone has pictures of how they routed there pipes for the IC, my case i have a BIG front mount have loads of 3 inch pipes, but i was thinking of running 2.5" for the compressor to the intercooler and 3" for the upper pipe so there wont be bottle necking and also i can keep my PS lol, i cant shoot my compressor straight down like the stock one did so im thinking a 90o right off the turbo then another 90o so i can clear the fender "both going to the front of the car" then run the pipe in between the stabalizer and rack, then 90o to the drivers side to a straight pipe that attaches to a 180o to intercooler. upper is being a pain because of the PS res. tank but i'd like to run from TB to a straight for my BOV and a 45 off of that into the stock air snorkel hole to the intercooler but again its a tight squeeze because of the 4" intake and PS tank. show me what you got, and tell me what you recommend to make my life easy

man this route really blows lol, i got the upper piping figured out, the lower is my biggest issue, i see a 90 degree off the turbo being the biggest help to clear the frame, only issue is getting it to clear a PS pump, the upper piping for me isnt getting in the way of the resivour but the 4" intake pipe is lol where is good spot to relocate that

this is how mine is ran so far, i want to say that IJ said to add the 45 on the upper to clear the hot side of the turbo but this 3 inch piping only gives me so much room lol

the only downside to this is that i had to make a bracket for the coil packs and lengthen the wires for it, im determined to keep the BOV there lol

so what about your upper pipes IJ, where did you get the 90 degree for your turbo? you think a silicone would work due to it being next to the manifold? what kind of welder you using a tig?

The 90 is a cast elbow so it's a tighter radius than a mandrel bend, I used to run a silicone 90 but they have a short life there due to the heat, TIG welded here at home.

also the way yours is routed would make contact with my intake pipe and ship me your welder lol i need it

Get's rid of the 90 over the turbine housing and behind the shock tower.

i cant really tell where yours pipes are going, from the intercooler on passenger side is that were the lower pipes are going? or are you doing a 180 from the drivers side?

im in the middle of running my intercooler pipes to my MP T70....the turbo outlet is facing down unlike the other pictures and the pipes run out beside the powersteering pulley...but i will get you a pic as soon as i can

If you can't figure out the top pipe routing. I bought the HKS 3000 pipe and then used a 3 inch aftermarket pipe for a honda civic. It works perfect. Here is a pic of mine before I fixed the ISCV hose and went back to the stock cooling setup.
