iv looked about for some time but have been unsure where to get a exhaust manifold for my precision T67 dbb, its a T4 .68 exhaust, .75 comp

i already had an XS power manifold but the turbos comp housing fails

not sure what to do about it,

what manifolds are you guys using for the larger turbo

Ebay manifolds are the most used ones around here and are sustaining +500HP on many builds, just inspect the manifold for burs and such, it wouldn't hurt to get it ceramic coated either. I've also heard that there is a fitment issue with the wastegate part of the manifold and it needs to be either bent, or cut and re-welded in a different location, but I'm not entirely sure as I don't own one.

If you get an ebay mani it would probably be a good idea to reinforce it and do some deburring where you can. If its reinforced it shouldnt crack.

I have an ebay manifold and the only issues I've had with the wastegate are that, if you plan on running a dump tube, it gets a bit tight down there.

...I don't run a dump tube, since it's down near the frame rail anyway, but it's really up to you.

I'm guessing that your compressor housing hits one of the runners...is that what we're worried about? If so, mk3brent made a riser to sit his turbo up higher, and away from the runners. I, personally, just used two spacers to raise it up about an inch. Worked like a charm.

Hope that helps,
