Here are some pics of what i got so far.I have the CT26 to T3 adaptor with 38mm wastegate flange. Its a close fit but it does fit. Just need a wastegate, Some an fittings and steel lines, then a custom 3" exhaust. As well as some new gauges and a turbo timer. Eventually i will build the motor to hold the 22psi the Garrett T3/T4 can put out :bigthumb: But 8psi will do for now

What are the specs on that turbo? Looks a lot like the 60-1 I had. If so, that turbo is going to be bored at 8psi ;) Wait until you get her up into the efficancy range! :naughty:

Mmm - Garrett T3 :)

Those were stock on the Ford Escort RS Turbo's - 1.6 litre CVH engine running insaaaaaane boost....

Also came on the Sierra Cosworth until '93, and the Escort Turbo until '93/'94 shen they changed to the Garrett T2.

Loads of parts available for them here. They're pretty cheap for a rebuilt unit too - talking about £350 for a decent one with a 360* thrust bearing and a -31 actuator.

Used to have one a Fiesta RS Turbo yeaaaars back - with a 2.0 litre blueprinted Zetec, was running Weber Alpha management with a T3 - iirc, it was 22psi of boost. 7.1:1 Mahle pistons and ARP rods meant it was good for 8000rpm and 380bhp :D

And why aren't you using your brand new ebay manifold instead of the stocker? You could have just gotten a T4->T3 adaptor for it and been golden...

Ok got my 38mm wastegate,type-s style bov, and manual boost controller. Here are some pics. All water and oil feed lines are done except i need one 45 degree -10 fitting to connect the drain. I also remounted the stock intercooler and oil cooler after some extensive cleaning. Now its off to Phoenix Turbos to have my down pipe and wastegate pipe made. Almost done:biglaugh: :biglaugh:

No I havent drivin it yet. Need my downpipe made and a wastegate pipe to move it down cause it hits the manifold. Its a T3/T4 60mm. It has a 4 bolt exhaust side. The downpipe is gonna be a 3" maderal bent and tig welded one. Its gonna cost me about $350
