T06 turbo

Seeing that they offer many other turbo kits for other cars ask if they can swap the turbo for another one. Something with a .58-.69 tang housing. Never hurts to ask.
I ran a to4b with the 1.00 A/r hot side lol yeah it was a lag monster but a beast on the freeway muhaha corvettes never saw it coming 
... but in your case it depends on what your going to be using your car for really, do you want something that’s going to lag but be a beast or do you want some thing with quick spool and gets you down the track quicker?

I want to be quick on the streets/ drifting is a hoby of mine.... But my freeway needs some help... Bad!
I was looking arround and the T04E looks like a nice option to go with... What do you think?

lol that entire kit with turbo and IC is $1000 cheaper than the TD06 turbo alone new LOL. You get what you pay for..... at least most of the time
There have been a few folks selling used TD06 turbos that will work with stock components maybe that's a first step for ya?

personally me if I only wanted about 3-400 horse I'd stick with an upgraded ct-26. spools quite quickly and with the right upgrades can get up to and over 400 horses at the rear wheels.
^^ thats what i would do. get a upgraded ct26, bolts right up, it will easily make the power you want, and get the ball bearing option and it will spool hell-o-fast too.
i have a t04 turbo with a 1.05 hot side. it spools round little over 3500 but around 4000 rmp this bitch really kicks in HARD. its very fun. but it does suck to wait for the power to come on, im looking for a housing around .84 or somethin around there. if anyone knows where i can get one, let me know,thanks

sounds ok i guess, but i think if your only lookin for under 400 hp you should stick with an uprgraded ct 26 really. no need for a manifold, lines, external wg, custom down pipe, o2 flange, intake pipe, posibly something for the incooler pipe(turbo to ic i had to). did you think of these things? its not just buy this kit and it bolts up. you need lots of other shit too. seriously you should go uprgraded ct26, plenty of power for what you want and awesome spool.
yes i do like my t04. but i would like a smaller housing on the exhaust side. it really spools hard though, really hard. lots of adrenaline. but i had to also do all of the things i listed above to make it all work on my car. im going for more than 400 hp@whls though.

87T ECU/ harness
440cc injectors
IC/ pipes
T manifold
Waste gate
down pipe/ elbow
turbo intake pipe
MAF
new head gasket
catch can
oil cooler/ lines
blow off valve
and a couple other misc things.
My problem is if i get an upgaded CT, it would be nice but i will have to gather all the other shit sepratly... With this kit on ebay i get the T04, manifold, wastegate, IC, bov, lines all together. I know Ebay is skechy but its a deal for $800!
Right now as an N/A my power band is 3K-4.5K and it get's there quick! So i think i could use a later spool.
Please correct me if i'm wrong... I think the CT would be awsome but isnt it a lower RPM spool and isnt it smaller than the T04?
