T-67 Ct26 upgrade

Hey supra fam. I know i haven't posted on here but i'm in the process of getting my supra back on the rode and i seen this ct26 upgrade on ebay. Do you guys think this is a good deal or trustworthy upgrade. Im in need of a turbo, my stock ct26 has had it. That turbo is COMPLETE and utter garbage.

Garbage.

Trust me - that thing likely wouldn't last a week.

Its not even a complete turbo. They expect you to just swap stuff out and leave it unbalanced....


Try suprasport if ya want a bolt on turbo

look in the vender section for upgrades. i believe driftmotion also still sells upgrades

I don't care which brand you go with...I would reccommmend SupraSport however, A 67 in a ct26 is a fraking joke. DO NOT fall for it. Even if it was a brand new ct26 upgraded it will not last and will not spool worth a crap

don't waste money on ct26 housing

I think supracentral summed it up pretty well. Compressor surge will snap the shaft in half like a twig.

It would spool, but a huge ass wheel in a small housing = TRUE compressor surge that will EAT the turbo.

You'd also have to find someone crazy enough to actually perform the upgrade (have fun with that).

yea thats what i thought. but the housing looked bigger than stock ct26 on pic. I definitely dont want to blow a turbo in a month

well i wish i had read this forum first!!! i got it and guess what ((((((BOOM))))))
that was the worst thing i put in my car. the shaft bent inside and then broke all the internals. so i highly recommend NOT to buy it. pass it on.

Something like that...Of coure that isn't a few hundred dollar turbo, the glove is there for reference
