I don't think it will do all that much changing the length of both at the same time, but preloading the bar (one shorter link/one longer link) will have an affect...not sure if it would be a positive one though...

Yep, I forgot to add:

They're simple to make, should you be inclined to do so. Adam's pic shows that very well. (Thanks, Adam!)

If you're not into the "cut up some steel and make it work" approach, there are various hot-rod catalogs that have weld-on pieces that would work just as well, albeit, a bit more pricey. :)

You can also replace that bar with a better part for better suspension adjustment.

Adjustable length endlinks are NOT for pre-loading the bar, that would be a bad thing, m'kay? They are to adjust the bar's height to stay parallel with the ground when ride height is adjusted.

I have STs on mine and didnt notice any difference at all. I put Megan coilovers on first and they kicked monstrous @$$, then when I put the ST sways on I didnt notice any improvement over what I already had. What I did get was less traction in the rear. I had the ST on 2 in the rear and went autocrossing and the rear end just wanted to slide out all over the place, I put the rear down to 1 and traction was better, but still pretty bad. So for circuit racing and autocross i'll probably be using the OEM rear bar. The Megan's eliminated body roll nicely for me.
We have very good prices on the Tanabe bars, they're abit more expensive than the ST, but half the weight
