I had the stock end links on with my ST bars. Fit fine. One problem that does tend to arise with an upgrades rear bars is the tabs that are welded to the lower arm that the sway bar end link attaches to breaks. I made new ones out of 1/4" material after breaking one of mine. No problems from that point on.

Upgrade based on strength, Yes.. Based on being adjustable, No, unless you plan on putting the car on the track.

Adjustable endlinks only allow you to zero out preload on the bar with the driver in the car. For everyday street use, you will never know the differance, plus anything put into the car that has any significant weight or a passanger, then the bars become preloaded again.
