i have a hardtop supra does that mean i can only swap interior with other hardtops (the headliner is what im talking about)im guessing you would not be able to swap a hardtop headliner with a targa but what about the moonroof supras??

why not just make it yourself? i did it with my targa and it was very easy. and im sure it's almost as easy with hardtops (maybe easier since it's one big piece instead of a few separate ones). as long as u dont make a mess with the 3M spray glue, everything will be fine. by accident, a little landed on my knee and there's a tiny stain on my headliner. it's not noticeable unless u look directly at it and figure it out.

To answer your question yes other hartop headliners!!! If moonroof then I would hope you had a moonroof or you will have a hole...........

As far as all the other parts you should be ok between targa hartop ect.......

Would be easiest to remove your current headliner, remove the material and scrape of excess foam with a steel brush. Then use contact cement to bond new material on there and bolt it back up. Its a simple process and I used to do them at a job.
