Suspension troubleshooting

OK... i replaced both my outer tie rods since i heard knocking from both, but i still have some knocking but its much more blunt and its not felt on the steering wheel. Also my inner tie rods where very stiff, but the right one was semi stiff.

I'm guessing it is a ball joint, but i can't tell witch. All i could tell you it pulls to the right now so I'm guessing it's a upper or lower right ball joint or am i off?

Edit: just checked... there is still play in my steering.

You cant feel play from the uppers through the steering wheel, but it affects camber and therefore tire wear

generally it will be the lower ball joint that is the culprit, as it is the most heavily loaded....Toyota acknowledged this and thus the lower is easily replaced (and relatively cheap too)
