hahaha at Jake.. :D

Notice in this pic that the engine is not completely assembled.
Here is my set-up with a bigger turbo repainted engine bay and many new parts :) I don't have any plug wires now since I have gone COP.

Thanks for the props on my set-up.

Here's a pic of my Cressida's engine bay although the motor is out again. Doing a little preventive maintanence. Although the car only has 35K miles, I'm replacing the HG with an HKS MHG and ARP head bolts. That's it. Not much work going into the Cress.

Here's a pic of my old setup on the old sup. The NEW ONE is coming and it sure will be UNIQUE :evil2: :evil2:

Only thing different is when I had a few weeks with the car, I rerouted vacuum lines, installed new ignition wires, thermostat, and FPU VSV. Other than that, this bone stock. Excluding exhaust.

While I am not into modifying the stock appearance, twokwiks mod will be done, and valve covers polished like the one above mine. There are others like that, and they do look good.

Can i ask why everyone gets rid of the front top cover that sits ontop of the rocker cover...??? I think it's a beauty, yet everyone takes it off.. or is it just a pain for swapping plugs...?

Just saw your engine bay Nik.. and I love it... you have the stock cover that sits ontop... love that thing!

The reason you listed is probably the top reason why. I think it looks really good too, and try to keep mine on.

Nick, what suddenly broke you into doing senseless mods? :biglaugh:

jk It looks really good. How many miles does it have on it?
I love the stock cleanliness of it. I'm wondering how it will look with 2kwiks mod if you remove the coils and cover..?

vas85: It's most definately personal preference...but for my part, even though I think the piece itself is sexy, it just rids of being able to see the visibility of an Inline six.

The Coilpack cover looks GREAT with the printing and red "TURBO" badge on there...but as I can probably speak for several others, it just reveals the "Inline six" visual...Which is why I'm currently relocating my coilpack to my firewall. ;)
