whaaaat, isn't that the opposite? on a manual car you can build boost by revving to like 3000rpm and then dumping the clutch? is there something i'm missing?

My car started off an automatic. I switched it to a manual, but my best 1/8 mile time was when it was auto. It felt alot stronger too, but I'm making more horsepower to the wheels with it being manual. For racing, automatic is definately better, but I love shifting gears when I'm just out playing.
