ISC clicks several time yes. It's working. The problem with my ISC was that the valve was covered in carbon deposits I mean really thick so was the check valve and it was installed without a gasket. I got the gasket and check washer from the stealership for like $8-9ish and cleared my problem right up. When my ISC was like that it surged like crazy and it would die sometime idling and after downshifting and wouldn't start back up right away, I almost thought it was a fuel system problem. Hopefully some tinkering and double checking everything will work the problems out. Don't have a garage at the moment so I gave in for today as it started raining about an hour ago. My adrenaline is still pumping from driving it though :( I just want to go boost some more, but I don't want to drive it until I have it operating right. Anyway thanks for your help/response, let me know if you get your idle fixed. After re-installing the ISC I had to make some adjustments to the idle screw and the stop screw which is at the far right(when facing engine bay) of the throttle linkage little bolt with a nut, you can use a flat head to adjust the stop screw.
