That really sucks man, those pics are depressing. That's a lot of damage, I doubt the insurance company would pay to fix it, but + 1 on trying to buy it back, after they write you a check for the loss, and part it out yourself...

haha thats the plan. hopefully get the insurance to pay for it and then get whats left of the car and sell the parts i can salvage.

This is the kind of thing that makes me not want to leave my car in public now. There are so many fucking transient people coming through Alberta right now because of the goddamn oil patch it isn't funny. (no offence to those that came to AB to work in the oil industry - I'm talking about those who work on the rigs for a month straight, then at the end of their shift go on a week long meth bender and mess up other peoples shit).
