Supra Sighting Yellow MKIV w/Abflug Body Kit

This past Monday around 3:30 I was at Hurstbourne & Taylorsville rd where I seen A yellow MKIV with a full Abflug kit. Didnt get close enough look to see if it was an original but it did look good. First of its kind I have everseen in person outside of the interwebs. Any info on the car & owner?

If it came from completely left field, I wonder if it was a modified-already car that was shipped or brought in the area.
