Most comfortable seat ever, I even use it as a computer chair.

Someone told me a few months ago that in the old days people had to lock them down or they would get stolen to be put into celicas and whatnot. Don't know the truth behind that but I believed it.

Nice sig, I think the seats are very very comfortable. Even though I will agree with you when saying they are heavy but other than that everything is good. Even friends and people that ride in my car say that the seats are nice:biglaugh:.

I put some non electric cloth in my 91 out of a buddys car.. they were the most uncomfortable seats ever... My old 87s cloths wern't much better.. It seems the leather seats are much more comfortable... dunno why

i sat in some recaro sporster cs's or something at sema last year.. those were the most comfortable seat i ever sat in... 1200 each though :/

In a two hundred and eighty mile road trip with only on ten minute stop to pickup my brother-in-law at the half way point I had no issues with comfort at all. I have a bad back and riding in some cars for more than ten minutes can make things painful for a week. Mine are '88 and cloth.

I've wondered if anyone had issues with the foam disintegrating or hardening given the age of these cars. I suspect that may be the case here. I've also been wondering what it would be like to pull one apart and replace the foam with a good medium/high density memory foam.

I've driven 1200 miles straight only stopping for fuel and 1 quick food stop, not even the slightest ache from the Supra seats. Other vehicles after maybe 1/4 that distance I feel like I can't even walk any more.

I come from a land down under
Only uncomfortable Mk3 seats I've sat on have been JDM grey imports into Australia, feels like you're sitting on a box.

Did 75,000+ KM's of interstate trips in a single year way back when I got the Supra and would only do a single stop for fuel at the 4 hour mark stretch my legs and do the next 3 hours.

Very comfy :)

there so comfy for me that i take regular naps in them during my breaks on campus, there so comfy on long trips my girlfriend takes a nap as to opposed to my old 240 she'd complain about her back hurting, my only gripe is that my seats are getting old and worn, time to get them redone

I think the mk3 supra seats are awesome, definitely compared to other cars that Ive rode in. My wifes tiburon is the only other car that has similar comfort to my seats.

Yep, another freak vote from me, I wonder tho are yours cloth or leather.
Mine are great, I'm 6-3 210ish and they are the best I've ever owned, the only seats that came close were a big Bimmer I had, but it really wasn't apples/apples... those were a larger seat that didn't hug like these but they were great on long trips

yep, which is why i put my supra's seats in my '94 toyota pickup. :) (the daily driver)

i even hooked up all the power for the driver's seat. it's super-comfy.

Like everyone else here, I think the mkiii seats are AMAZINGLY comfortable. And they're even 15-20 years old. I'm amazed newer car seats aren't as comfortable.

CRE, I'll go halfsies with ya to try that memory foam idea ;)

I gotta say i really like my seats but my back starts to hurt in them, but i have back problems.
Do you have the lumbar support, AKA knee in the back. I have the leather w/lumbar and back problems, they are, to me better than my son's caddy leathers. I use to make long trips 18-20hrs and no complaints.
