Okay just pondering and got to thinking when was it I bought my first supra...

I bought my first supra January 5th 2002 I have been in the game for 5 years now and I have owned 5 supras...

Here is my list:
Super red II supra n/a auto hard top 1989 7mge
Silver supra turbo 5spd targa 1989 7mgte = rod knock
GM charcoal grey supra 5spd targa 1988 1jzgtte
Silver supra 5spd targa 1989 7mgte = bhg/ cracked head
Black mica supra 5spd targa 1989 bhg/blown ring land 7mgte = 1jzgte

Don’t ask I have a thing for 89 supra's

If you own or owned a supra do you remember how long it’s been and when was it you bought your first supra?

I've had 3, got my first one 4 years ago I beleive.


Black turbo 5 speed targa 1989, bought it with a BHG fixed that and it knocked the whole time I had it. Spun a bearing a few months later, then got parted out.

Blue turbo 5 speed targa 1989, still have it. Just swapped a GE-T into it, but am now taking it back out.

Silver NA 5-speed hardtop, Selling it soon. It has no motor right now, but I'm putting the GE back into it and selling it because I need some money.

I'm going to be parking my blue '89 till I have some money to build a motor for it, hopefully that won't be to long I miss it it's been off the road for over a year now :[

You be correct. I'm the first and only owner of this 87T. Time for something different. It's days are numbered unless I give it to my stepdaughter.

In August 2002 I bought my first supra, a white '88 turbo auto.

Bought my black 87 in November of 2004. Sold the white one a little later.

Bought a black 90 summer 2005, tried to restore it and ended up giving up and parting it.

Bought a white 89 winter of 2005, fixed it up and sold it.

Last but not least, I bought my red 91 last September and sold my black 87.

I've now had an 87, 88, 89, 90, and a 91. Just need two more years to complete my mk3 collection.:icon_bigg
