yea keeping it simple would keep me interested, i wouldnt really want to wear a jacket w/ a huge ass coat of arms on the back w/ all kinds of shit going on. This looks like something that could actually be worn on casually on a night out.

What i want to know is how rugged are these things? It is a supra jacket so it'd have to be coarse enough to get under your car with IMO.

get the group buy going and you got another customer. :)

I definitely think we could do a better job on it than just "supra" on the back with the car outline, but I would be interested depending on how the final looks. If you guys can come up with some ideas, I've already designed a few shirts, I wouldn't mind drawing this one up.
naw supra silhouette ftw.. but come up with a few ideas.. doesn't hurt to keep options open

Waiting for more info on the jackets as far as colors and custom embroidery on front, and cost. I will say this however, based on what I know about embroidery, I imagine that CRAZY CUSTOM EMBROIDERY ON THE FRONT WILL MAKE THE JACKET COST A LOT MORE!!!

I don't think that text like "SoCalSupras" would be so bad, but a picture, or multiple lines of text could bring up cost.

To do a custom picture on the front, or even multiple lines of text to fit the location, John would have to create a design, digitize that design, verify and create a stitch pattern for the machine, and then of course embroider it. Embroidery is all about time and thread. Thread can be affordable, however, time is money.

Just look at what these clowns are charging for a shirt over on SupraForums: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=451740

We're getting a hell of a deal for a kick ass product.

I agree. It needs a better design. The proposed logo is kinda plain.

I realize we probably need to keep the logo simple but, I'm sure quite of few of you guys have artistic skills and can come up with something we can all get excited about.

But, I'm in.

I love how 3 or 4 guys don't like the logo, 2 or 3 guys want hoodies, etc. You can't please everybody.
