LOL - I fell asleep too. Woke up 4 hours later and rewound to where I lost track, then watched the end.
I can't believe they put in one of those tornado whirlygigs. The mullet wearing rednecks that supplied it must have paid them a SHITLOAD of cash for 10 seconds of product placement on the show.
They also glossed over the hard parts (like pulling the stock twins, looks like a 3 minute job on the show) and pumped up the difficulty level on the easy shit, like installing a catback.
There's a few things that were just plain dumb, too. Why put in 1000cc injectors for a 500whp car? Why install a catback exhaust and ignore the DP? For that matter, how the hell did they get an aftermarket single to bolt up to a stock DP?
HP was 500, IIRC. And the ECU wasn't the AEM unit, it was the PHR MAP ECU.
Other than that, they did a decent job, and the girlies were cute, even though they were obviously fake - they know bugger all about wrenches, never mind cars.
