Honestly, I think they look awesome lol. In the far away pic of your car, it just looks like you painted the turnsignal part white, then I looked at the up-close shot and it looked like some kind of cotton or yarn taillights. :icon_bigg

Glad to hear that you got the Supra out with minimal damage

Hope they fry the bastard that started the fire, repairing that kind of damage or replacing those vehicles isnt cheap, and I have never been much of a Detroit Iron guy, but you gotta feel the loss of such an old school car if it was fully restored and in good condition :nono:

Yea, i guess the lights are kinda interesting looking...not my taste though...oh, and they do still work, lol.

As for the arsonist...this time just like two years ago...everyone in the surrounding buildings/houses came out and was looking...so I guess that makes everyone a suspect? lol

So...I basically need the following to get my car looking good again:

-Taillights
-A new bumper (if someone happens to have an 042 one...if not, I'll just repaint the bumper)
-All new rear mouldings, including the black center piece that goes around the license plate.
-3rd brake light lens (87, on the spoiler)

Thanks for all of the kind comments everyone! This incident almost threw me into cardiac arrest when I realized my Supra was back there!

hey if you want to stick with the pre89 tails, I got a set of modded "JDM style" ones I can send ya...there is one small crack on the right one, but they look nice and better than the ones on your car...I'll give em to ya if you just pay for shipping.

edit: ohh yeah and I got a pearl white center section (plate frame piece) from my 88 turbo if you want that too!...just pm your shipping info and I'll send em to ya

Update: WeezL is supplying me with the Center section, taillights, and possibly the bumper. (Thanks WeezL!) All I need now is an 87 3rd brakelight lens, and the two left and right rear mouldings...Anyone have any? :biglaugh:
