Supermonitor manual

Does anyone have a scan of the owner's manual (86-88) detailing the operation of the Supermonitor? I just got mine installed in my 90 and most of the functions seems pretty obvioous, but the diagnostics function is not so clear.

Quite a PITA to install by the way. If anyone wants my wiring notes send me a PM.

I would be very interested in finding out the specific's of working out the Super Monitor as well. I love having it, but there are a few things I'm just a bit unclear on. Anyways, I made a post similar to this like a year ago and didn't get too many responses aside from thread hi-jacking because not too many people have Stuper-Monitors. :p

I'd love it if someone chimed in, though! :icon_surp

Actually, I'm going to go check the TSRM now to see if I can find anything worth reading about it...

This is all I can find. Seems like there is no scans of an 86-88 owner's manual out there that I could find.

Thanks for posting that. Looks like a pre-89 TSRM.

Can you tell me how to use the DIAG for the ABS and cruise control? My ABS comes up -00 rather than -OK. As far as I know, to get the ABS to go into diagnostic mode, you have to disconnect the check connector on the actuator underneath the hood. Given that, I can't understand how the supermontior could work with the ABS in the first place.

Same for the Cruise control (it just shows just a -). Again, to get into diagnostic mode you have to push the set button, then the main button, then release the set button. Not sure if you are supposed to do all that then turn on the supermonitor or what?

Looks like I can get rid of my safety pin connectors and I can wave bye-bye to ever having to open my Diagnosis box ever again! ::w00t:: for SuperMonitor' Supported Supra's! :D

Here's what my Supra is telling me:

ENG -OK

ECT -OK

C/C -

A.B.S. 00

I am sort of confused though...What does C/C mean, and is there a reason my A.B.S reads double zero?
