Is there anyway to remove the turbo without actually touching the four nuts that hold it on to the manifold? All of the nuts look extremely rusted and delicate which is why I'm too scared to even put a socket next to them. So I was thinking, if it would be possible to remove the manifold bolts and remove it with the turbo still attatched?

The bottom bolts holding the turbo are what scare me the most, there's barely any space to work under there any ways! Any suggestions would help.

Either way you look at it, getting that turbo off can be a real pain. Dirgle is right you could remove the manifold but you'd be asking for even more work. So the quick answer is....no. Just be prepared to have plenty of patience and ninja like hands.

I timed myself last time I did it... was under 15 minutes.

It's been off before though, so no rusted and seized bolts, but still...

I can corroborate this statement. While hunting down an oil leak on the factory turbo hard line I had the turbo on and off several times between drives, I got very efficient at removing the turbo. Rusted bolts and and minimal knowledge on the best sequence of bolt removal will make someone much slower. But 15 min is achievable with practice, not that that is the sort of practice I would wish on anybody.
