Are the crank and rods the same in a 7M-GTE and a 7M-GE?

Everything is the same on both GTE and GE except the pistons. The GTE has oil squirters on the block and the GE doesn't.

Thanks. Needed a better crank for turbo build and have the old n/a engine which has BHG, so guess its time to tear into it.
