I never use loctite! some guys swear buy this stuff but to me it has always been a pain unless you have air powered tools.

It's also a good idea to replace those bolts every 5-10 years as cheap insurance. They tend to get corroded and eaten up after years of service. Personally I only use loctite in very few select locations, and that housing isn't one of them. If you've got decently clean threads and you don't over torque the bolts they should give you no trouble.
ya but there is always a debate on what they should be torqued to. I am always hearing 65 is good but 70 and 75 is better.
