I've never stripped a nut on a bolt before (this is what you are referring to right?), but I've broken bolts off before that had to be drilled out, this one doesn't apply to you I think...

If it's a nut, try to get a crow bar, flat head screw driver or something, under the nut on opposite sides (will most like take a friend) and start loosening the nut while they GENTLY start prying up with it. hopefully the nut will jump the stripped thread and come on out...

Once you are getting close to cutting through and into the threads of the stud, get a hammer and flathead screwdriver (or use your imagination with another tool) and put it into the spot you were cutting into, angle it to where it's almost horizontal, and hammer it, should help break the nut in half.

Damn bro u stripped that nut up real bad. I hope you get the idea and know not to let it get that bad next time.

Make sure you use the right size socket always and use some WD-40 or something similar if the bolt is tight or kind of seized. Also, once you see it starting to get stripped like that, do not continue. Use a vice grip like suggested before and crack it, once it's cracked use the socket and you're home free.

Right now with the nut already cut and abused like it is in the pics, you're probably gonna have to cut it off like also suggested.

P.S. Using the screwdriver to break the nut is a good idea, but I suggest also trying a chizzle, the bevelled edge and thicker shaft might make it easier to break.

Good luck!

holy crap, how did that happen!? You are loosening it right? (righty tighty, lefty loosey)

Once you get those off though, you'll have to restud your cuscos.
