I come from a land down under
IJ/Allan suggestions:

Grab an 11mm Allen inhex taper the edge then hammer it into the hole......

And don't blame us if it doesn't work ;)!

Alt: Drill the End until it falls off pull the head then remove.

theres a set of sockets that have a spiral to them on the inside that grab stripped bolts, but I dont know if they have those for allen bolts.

oh boy

i had this shit happen to me with the stupid OEM bolts (curse the worthless Allen heads).

Fortunatly what I did was actaully drill the OEM head bolt out. The bad part is that you must use high speed steel drill bit. I used the 10mm HSS drill bit and after ALOT of curising and time. The bolt broke free and i was able to take head off and then the bolt itself.

there is a reason for having a "cup" head on the headbolts.I thought that it was a cruel joke from the toyota engineer/s that designed the head (i know its a yamaha head design)so when you have to pull the head you are stuck with a damn allen head. After asking a few fitters at work and browsing at fastening catalogues they are for higher tension/torque than the traditional bolt head

I've removed a lot of screwed up fasteners over the last #%$!@#$ years. My first step here would be to use a 7/16" (same as 11mm) allen socket. I would grind/taper the tip as 'IJ' said, and smack it down into the fastener a bit, then try using a 1/2" breaker bar, real slow.

The worst thing that could happen is the head of the allen bolt cracks. Then drill it if that happens.

Later you can repair the 7/16" allen socket with a grinder.
Also...get a bench grinder, it will last forever, and come in VERY handy all your life. Put a wire wheel on one end. They are like $30-50.
